This client, based in Russia, is a local steel procurement and engineering project supply company. As the client has secured a new engineering project in Russia, it needs to procure a batch of high-quality galvanized steel coils within a short timeframe for subsequent processing and production.

Given the tight project timeline, the client is not only concerned with:
