Packaging and Weight Control

  1. The maximum weight per coil is 4.75 tons; please avoid exceeding this limit as much as possible.
  2. Each coil should be packaged in standard packaging with an additional wooden pallet (vertical packaging).
  3. Minimize the weight tolerance of the finished product as much as possible; do not exceed the tolerance limits.
  4. Based on a rough estimate using the 4.75-Trade and Payment Termston limit, this batch will yield approximately 21 coils. Coordinate with the steel mill and slitting line in advance when dividing the coils; do not make up the numbers at the last minute.

  • Price Terms: FOB Tianjin
  • Payment Terms: 30% prepayment; the remaining 70% to be paid in full prior to shipment.

Our Solution

  1. Pre-shipment Unpacking and Inspection: The customer requires on-site unpacking; set aside 2–3 coils without repackaging. During production, set aside a few unpackaged coils to provide space for inspection, then complete the packaging after the inspection is finished.
  2. Thickness and Width Tolerances: During production, both the 0.70 and 0.45 specifications must be measured, with a focus on verifying tolerances.
  3. Coil Weight: Given the large volume of 100 tons, when dividing the coils, strictly adhere to the 4.75-ton weight limit.
