Preparation Before Galvanizing

• Raw material preparation: Use black pipe steel as raw material, and the material meets the production requirements of galvanized steel pipes (Q215, Q235, etc ).
• Steel pipe forming: Hot-roll the round steel and perforate it, and then cold-roll the hot-rolled perforated thick rough pipe.
• Surface pre-cleaning: The cold-rolled thick steel pipe is subjected to alkali washing, pickling, water washing, immersion in additives, drying and other operations.

Hot-dip Galvanizing

• Preheating: In order to ensure the galvanizing effect, the pre-treated steel pipe is sent to the preheating furnace for preheating.
• Galvanizing: The preheated steel pipe is immersed in molten zinc liquid for galvanizing.

Post-galvanizing Treatment

• External blowing: Through external blowing, the excess zinc liquid on the surface is blown away to obtain a smooth appearance.
• Internal blowing: Internal blowing can remove the excess zinc liquid on the inner surface of the steel pipe.
• Water cooling: Move the steel pipe into the water cooling tank for cooling to ensure that the zinc layer on the surface of the steel pipe can solidify and solidify.
• Passivation: The finished galvanized steel is passivated to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe.
