PPGL
From a structural analysis perspective, PPGL steel mainly consists of an aluminized zinc substrate and a paint coating. The aluminized zinc substrate gives the color-coated coil excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, while the various colors of the surface coating give it an attractive appearance. PPGL steel are usually made from aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, 1.6% silicon) as the substrate, which is treated with grease, phosphate, chitin, and finally coated with organic coatings (PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF, etc.) by baking.
