We test both. Before producing the color-printed steel coil, we check the coating weight. Production proceeds only after the weight meets the requirements. Then, we test the double-sided paint film thickness.
Absolutely. We have dedicated personnel recording the production process, including photos of the production process, testing, packaging, and loading, which will be sent to you promptly.
No, SGS testing is usually requested by the customer, and the testing fee is generally paid by the customer. However, if your order quantity is ≥500 tons, we can cover the SGS testing fee.
