Total estimated time: Add the production lead time (above) plus sea transit time. For example, a 100-ton PPGI order to the Middle East: 24 days production + 22 days shipping ≈ 46 days from deposit to port arrival.

What We Need to Know Before Production Starts
Tell us these details up front so we can quote accurately and lock in a realistic delivery date. Items outside our standard range are flagged inline with the extra time they take.

| Color & RAL Code | Provide a RAL number (e.g., RAL 9002, RAL 5015) or a physical color sample. Custom colors will increase production time by 1-2 days. |
| Coating Type | PE for general use, HDP for weather resistance and outdoor, PVDF for long-term durability. The minimum order quantity for PVDF is ≥15 tons, and the production time will be longer. |
| Film Thickness | Top coat: 11 – 35 μm. Back coat: 5 – 14 μm. Specify total or per-side requirement. |

Quick rule of thumb: standard RAL colors, PE coating, and in-range dimensions ship on the normal lead time. Custom colors, PVDF/HDP coatings, out-of-range dimensions, S550GD+ grades, and 500+ ton orders each add days — flag them in your first message so we schedule correctly.
