Packaging and Shipping

1. Steel coils have an inner diameter of Φ508 / Φ610 mm, with a typical weight of 3–5 metric tons per coil; coil weight can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Standard export packaging: Core with moisture protection, outer layer of rust-proof film, and steel band strapping; coils are securely fastened and protected against impact during container loading for ocean freight.
3. Shipments can be made as full container loads (FCL) or less-than-container loads (LCL).
4. We support mailing samples for custom colors and patterns; color swatches and small samples will be provided for confirmation prior to production.

FAQ

Q1: How do I choose between 1000mm and 1250mm PPGI coils?

A: It depends on the feed width of your roofing or wall panel forming machine. If the machine’s feed width is around 1000mm, or if the corrugated steel sheet itself is designed for 1000mm, use the 1000mm coil; if the forming machine supports a wider width and offers higher sheet utilization, then consider the 1250mm coil. Feel free to send us your equipment and profile specifications, and we’ll help you calculate which option is more material-efficient.

Q2: Can the colors be exactly the same?

A: Within the same supplier and the same batch, color variations can be kept to a minimum. There may be slight differences between batches, which is normal in the color-coated steel industry. Therefore, for large-scale projects, we recommend ordering the full quantity in a single order.

Q3: How is the quality inspected?

A: We can provide a quality inspection report prior to shipment, covering key items such as thickness, zinc coating weight, paint film thickness, gloss, and color difference. We fully support third-party testing, but the testing fees will be your responsibility. If your order volume is large (≥500 Tons), we can arrange for SGS testing at our expense.
