Applications

This gray PPGI coating is highly durable. It is most commonly used on home appliances and also covers many building and electrical panels.

• Dual Protection and Corrosion Resistance: The zinc coating protects the base material, while the surface paint film provides an additional barrier; this dual-layer protection ensures excellent corrosion resistance.
• Good Formability: By selecting base materials of different grades (DX52D, SGCC), the formability of PPGI can be enhanced, ensuring that paint does not peel off on curved corners of home appliances or embossed door panels.
• Fingerprint-Resistant and Anti-Glare: The “stone gray” finish is more stain-resistant than white or glossy black, and its controlled gloss reduces glare under workshop and kitchen lighting.
