Gray Aluminum Sheet
Our gray aluminum sheets are sold directly from the factory, and we can supply coils, sheets, and strips. Common colors include 9006 (white aluminum/silver-gray), RAL 9007 (gray aluminum), and RAL 7024 (graphite gray). Coils are coated with PE or PVDF, and sheets can be custom-cut to your desired dimensions.

Ensure product quality and transportation
Gray aluminum sheets are color-coated aluminum coils or sheets, which are coated with paint on one or both sides and then cured at high temperatures to ensure a stable color and weather resistance.
Compared to galvanized steel coils or stainless steel coils, aluminum is very lightweight. Therefore, when a project requires a metal product that is lightweight, offers excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and has a gray appearance, gray aluminum coils or sheets are an ideal choice.

Note: Home appliance manufacturers are increasingly using gray aluminum sheets (white aluminum sheets are also commonly used in the home appliance industry) instead of PCM steel; for indoor, non-corrosive appliance housings, VCM sheets remain a cost-effective option.

- Coating adhesion (T-bend, impact) — Ensures that the coating will not peel off during processing and forming or after several years of outdoor exposure.
- Salt spray and weather resistance — This is crucial if the sheets are to be used on exterior walls.
- Thickness and width tolerances — Ensuring smooth material flow through your own forming or roll-forming production lines.
We conduct inspections and maintain records for every production batch, and we retain test archives. If you do not trust our testing, we fully support third-party testing (at your own expense).
