Packaging and Weight Control

  • Maximum weight per roll: 4.75 tons/roll. Avoid exceeding this limit.
  • Each roll is packaged in standard packaging with an additional wooden pallet.
  • Minimize the positive and negative tolerances for finished product weight.
  • Based on the 4.75-ton upper limit, this batch will likely produce approximately 21 rolls.

Our Solutions

  1. Unpacking and Inspection Before Shipment: The customer requires on-site unpacking; please leave 2–3 rolls unpacked. During production, we set aside several unpacked rolls to allow space for inspection, and will complete the packaging after the inspection is finished.
  2. Thickness and Width Tolerances: Measure both the 0.70 and 0.45 specifications during production, with a focus on verifying tolerances.
  3. Coil Weight: Given the large volume of 100 metric tons, strictly adhere to the 4.75-metric-ton upper limit when dividing the coils.
