Packaging
Standard export packaging by sea. The customer requested that the outer packaging not display the Wanzhi Steel logo and use neutral packaging for easy local distribution. This requirement was confirmed with the production and packaging teams before production scheduling to avoid rework after shipment.
Packing Arrangement
This shipment is planned for 5 20-foot containers, with 120 tons evenly distributed, 24 tons per container. This load capacity is below the 26-ton limit per container, leaving a 2-ton margin. Booking can be made according to 24 tons per container.
Production and Quality Control Points
This order is for a standard configuration; materials and dimensions are within standard ranges, and a 15-day delivery time can be met. Two key control points are required during production:
- Consistency of the matte textured surface: The matte textured surface is sensitive to the uniformity of the roll texture. RAL 3005 burgundy is more prone to color differences on a matte surface; therefore, color differences within the same coil and between coils must be controlled.
- Neutral packaging: No factory markings are allowed. Each item must be checked before packaging to ensure it meets customer requirements.
