2.Introduction to order process
Order communication process:
After communicating with the customer, the customer’s demand is to produce RAL9016/RAL5015 ppgi steel coils. After confirming the sample with the customer (in the general sample process, the customer can choose to send us the sample, or we provide the corresponding sample to verify with the customer.), we The factory produces customers’ ppgi steel coils.
Order production process:
During the production process, our factory will conduct production color comparison, bending experiments, dimensional inspection and other processes to ensure product quality and meet customer requirements.
Production color comparison: Customers will confirm the color according to the RAL color card, and each production needs to be compared with the color card for confirmation.
Bending test: The bending test is to ensure the adhesion of the paint surface. Wanzhi factory will conduct relevant product experiments to test the quality of the product.
Dimensional inspection: Regarding the width requirements of ppgi steel coils, we will compare the dimensions after cutting to see if they are in compliance. Products that fail to meet the standards will be eliminated.
3. Packaging and delivery pictures
Regarding packaging and delivery, it should be noted that when it comes to packaging, we will package it according to customer requirements. The packaging will be unmarked or printed with a logo, and it can also be customized according to needs. This time the cooperative customer has no special requirements for packaging, so the packaging will bear the Wanzhi Group logo.
We generally use standard export packaging for export packaging, unless customers have special requirements.
4. Logistics tracking of Libyan customer products
Shipment: The first step of maritime transportation will be completed at the port, and the ship will be shipped to Libya.
