Features of Brushed VCM Steel

1. Brushed Metal Texture: The brushed texture transforms the rather plain surface appearance of ordinary metal sheets, giving them a more pronounced metallic look. It is the ideal solution for high-end home appliances that aim to “reduce costs without compromising quality.”

2. Customizable Textures: There are various brushed surface effects available. We can adjust the brushing direction, texture density, texture coarseness, color, gloss level, and more, offering a wide range of appearances to meet the diverse needs of home appliance products.

3. Scratch-Resistant, Wear-Resistant, and Durable: The surface film of VCM panels has high hardness, making them resistant to scratches from daily cleaning, wiping, and friction with hardware. Their scratch resistance is 2–3 times higher than that of PCM color-coated sheets.

4. Chemical Resistance: PVC/PET films exhibit excellent resistance to common chemicals such as acids, alkalis, detergents, and alcohol. Unlike ordinary coatings, they will not corrode, discolor, or peel off. It performs reliably in both greasy kitchen environments and humid bathroom conditions.

5. Excellent Processability: Brushed VCM utilizes highly flexible film and specialized adhesives, combined with deep-drawing-grade substrate, enabling it to withstand deep-processing operations such as bending, stamping, rolling, and stretching.
