Our 0.5mm color-coated steel coils use galvanized or aluminum-zinc-coated steel coils as the base material. On a continuous production line, one or more layers of organic coatings (PE/SMP/HDP/PVDF) are applied to the base material, which is then cured at high temperatures to produce steel coils with surfaces in a variety of colors.

- Packaging: Inner layer of VCI anti-rust paper + plastic film + outer layer of sheet metal wrapping, secured with steel straps and fixed on a wooden pallet;
- Container Loading: A 20-foot container can hold approximately 20–25 metric tons, and a 40-foot high-cube container can hold approximately 25–28 metric tons (depending on coil diameter and width);
- Shipping: We support LCL (less than container load), FCL (full container load), and breakbulk shipments by sea, and can also arrange rail transport (to Central Asia and Europe)
