Prepainted AZ90 and AZ120 Galvalume steel coils are often formed into corrugated steel sheets, steel strips, and flat sheets. After processing, they are used for the following applications:

FAQ

Q1: What are AZ90 and AZ120? What are the main differences between them?

AZ refers to the weight of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating (average of three measurement points on both sides), measured in g/m². AZ90 indicates a total coating weight of 90 g/m² on both sides, while AZ120 indicates 120 g/m².

The thicker the coating, the greater the corrosion resistance. The AZ120 coating is thicker and offers a longer corrosion resistance lifespan, making it suitable for highly corrosive environments (such as coastal areas and industrial zones).

Q2: Can the dimensions and colors be customized?

The specifications that can be customized include width (any width under 1250 mm), roll weight (can be split into multiple rolls), and length (cut to your specifications). For colors, we primarily use the RAL color chart; we can produce any color listed in the RAL chart. If you require a special color, please mail us a sample, and we can produce it based on your sample.

Q3: How are the products processed? Do you offer slitting, shearing, and corrugating services?

We have our own processing equipment and can directly provide value-added services such as shearing flat sheets, slitting narrow strips, and corrugating (corrugated sheets). You can purchase the products you need directly, saving you time on procurement.

Q4: What are the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time?

The standard MOQ for standard colors is 10 tons. For special colors, specifications, or high-coating products, the MOQ is 25 tons (one 20-foot container). Production lead time varies depending on order quantity and specifications, typically ranging from 7 to 30 business days.

1. Inner Layer: Moisture and Rust Protection: Wrapped in high-strength waterproof kraft paper and rust-preventive oil paper to completely block out air and moisture, preventing oxidation and rusting of the substrate at the source.
2. Middle Layer: Scratch Protection: Fully covered with thickened plastic protective film to prevent the surface paint film from being scratched by friction or contaminated by dust, preserving the aesthetic integrity of the surface.
3. Outer Reinforcement and Impact Protection: The outer layer features fully enclosed galvanized steel sheet edging, paired with specialized steel corner guards, to prevent damage from crushing or collisions during loading, unloading, and transportation.
