Our Factory’s Production Process

Production of High-Quality Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Coils

We first feed high-quality cold-rolled steel coils into our continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line. Here, after undergoing rigorous pretreatment processes such as degreasing and annealing, the steel coils are immersed in molten zinc for hot-dip galvanizing, forming a uniform, dense zinc coating that provides the steel with excellent corrosion resistance. Our production line enables precise control of coating thickness (30–275 g/m²) and can produce coils up to 1,500 mm wide.

Precision Uncoiling and Cutting

Once the galvanized steel coils are produced, they are sent to our high-precision leveling and cut-to-length lines. Advanced leveling machines eliminate curling stresses to ensure the sheet surface is perfectly flat. The sheets are then precisely cut to customer-specified lengths (such as 4 feet × 8 feet, or 1219 mm × 2438 mm) using an intelligent cutting system, ultimately producing ready-to-use plain galvanized steel sheet.
