C8 corrugated metal sheets are low-profile corrugated profiles formed using a cold-rolling process. They are named for their 8mm corrugation height and are the wall panel products with the lowest corrugation height and the widest effective coverage width in the corrugated sheet series.

- C8 galvanized steel corrugated sheets are C8-type corrugated sheet products made from hot-dip galvanized steel as the base material, which are cold-rolled into a corrugated profile for direct use.
- The zinc coating thickness can be customized as needed (typically 30–275 g/m²), offering excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength. It is suitable for cladding and temporary construction projects in general atmospheric environments.
C8 PPGI Corrugated Sheets
- C8 PPGI corrugated sheets are colored corrugated sheets produced by applying an organic coating to the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel (GI), baking and curing the coating, and then cold-rolling the material into a corrugated profile.
- The paint coatings include PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF, with a wide range of colors available. These sheets offer strong decorative appeal and dual corrosion protection. They are the mainstream choice for most residential and commercial projects.
C8 PPGL Corrugated Sheet
- C8 PPGL corrugated sheet is a high-end colored corrugated sheet produced by applying an organic coating to the surface of an aluminum-zinc-coated steel (Galvalume, GL) substrate, followed by cold-rolled corrugation.
- The coating composition is approximately 55% Al + 43.5% Zn + 1.5% Si, providing excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and heat reflectivity, resulting in a longer service life. It is suitable for highly corrosive environments and high-standard projects.
Applications
C8 corrugated metal sheets are classified as wall/lightweight roofing profiles (Wall-Classification Profile) and are widely used in the following scenarios:
- Residential Buildings: Sloped roofs of villas, sunroom roofs, garage canopies, balcony awnings, etc.
- Commercial and Public Buildings: Store facades, bus stop shelters, exterior walls of event venues, school gymnasium enclosures, etc.
- Industrial Buildings: Exterior walls and roofs of steel-structured factories, enclosure systems for logistics warehouses, and partitions in processing workshops.
- Agricultural Buildings: Greenhouses, livestock barn roofs, agricultural machinery warehouses, and the exteriors of granaries and grain stacks.

C8 corrugated sheets are also commonly used as the metal facing for metal sandwich panels. When combined with polyurethane or rock wool core materials, they provide both thermal insulation and decorative properties.
