Theoretically, the minimum order quantity for standard specifications is 10 tons, but frankly, the unit price for a 20-foot container (approximately 22 tons) is more cost-effective—the LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping and handling fees for small batches significantly reduce profits.
Each coil of steel undergoes digital micrometer and zinc coating thickness gauge testing before leaving the factory to ensure that the manufactured products meet customer requirements, as we have a strict testing process. If you are concerned, you can arrange for SGS third-party inspection (see our SGS report), at your own expense.
The production cycle is 7-15 days, depending on the specifications and whether processing (slitting or cutting) is required. Sea freight from Shanghai or Qingdao to Jebel Ali Port takes 18-25 days, without transshipment. Therefore, from paying the deposit to the goods arriving at the port, it takes approximately 30-40 days in total. A hose manufacturer in Sharjah confirmed the specifications on Monday, paid the deposit that afternoon, and we guarantee production within 10-15 days. If you have an urgent delivery deadline, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
Absolutely. We can send you samples of our previously manufactured products (that meet your requirements), which typically take 5-7 days to arrive in the UAE. For special specifications, we will let you know if we have similar samples for your testing.
Standard is 30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% against the B/L copy before the vessel sails. Our 200-ton bulk order client used exactly this. For first-time buyers or larger orders.
