VCM Steel for Freezer
VCM steel sheets feature a PVC or PET decorative film on their surface, which is firmly bonded to the steel substrate through a continuous lamination process. This combination maintains the strength of the metal while offering a wider variety of textures, higher scratch resistance, and better surface consistency. They are widely used for exterior panels on refrigerators and freezing equipment.

Compared to ordinary color-coated steel sheets, VCM steel sheets offer greater customization options for surface colors, a wider range of gloss levels, and a greater variety of textures—such as the ice-crack-patterned VCM steel recently produced by one of our freezer clients.
The surface textures of VCM steel can also be customized, including brushed, stone, wood grain, floral, and other patterns. Currently, in the freezer manufacturing industry, it is commonly used in commercial freezers, household freezers, display cases, refrigerated cabinets, and medical freezers.
