The Spring Festival is China’s most significant traditional holiday, a time for family reunions and relaxation. Colleagues enjoyed fulfilling and joyful breaks: some embarked on journeys to explore new landscapes; others shared heartwarming moments with their children; and some tried novel experiences like driving or riding speedboats for the first time. These stories not only brought laughter but also brought us closer together.
Fun Games
To ease everyone back into work mode, we organized two exciting games that had the crowd cheering throughout.
Game 1: Collaborative Calligraphy
Teams of six controlled a single brush with six ropes to write blessings for the company or the New Year on red paper. Perfect coordination was needed to form neat Chinese characters, testing teamwork while adding cultural flair.
Game 2: Can Rolling Challenge
Participants rolled cans toward designated zones for rewards. After initial trial runs, everyone hit their targets in subsequent rounds, winning prizes like 100 yuan cash and paid leave. Laughter filled the office with vibrant energy.
Red Envelopes for the New Year
What’s the Spring Festival without good fortune? CFO Fu personally distributed New Year red envelopes to employees, symbolizing auspiciousness and wealth. This heartwarming gesture made everyone feel the care of the Wanzhi family.
