Color coated coil production process
We use a two-coating and two-baking production process. The main processes of the color-coating unit include pretreatment process, coating process and baking process.
Simple process flow: unwinding → stitching → degreasing → chemical pretreatment → primary coating → primary coating baking → primary coating cooling → fine coating → fine coating baking → fine coating cooling → inspection → cutting and winding.
