The customer is a contractor specializing in roofing projects in Nigeria. It has its own construction team and tile press equipment. Due to the growth of local market demand, the customer is more accepting of Chinese products and prices, so we have this cooperation.
Communication Process
The customer told us that the local climate environment is high in temperature and strong in ultraviolet radiation. The color of the color-coated steel coils purchased before will fade after being made into roof panels. We recommended PPGL coils with better weather resistance and corrosion resistance to the customer, told the customer the difference between PPGI and PPGL, and recommended the appropriate type of paint on the basis of ensuring customer benefits. The customer recognized our professionalism and had a great intention to cooperate.
After determining the color, the customer decided to purchase a trial order of 27 tons in two colors.
