They expressed strong interest in our product quality and company scale, and later that year organized a technical team to visit our factory in person. Cooperation Stalled

Despite the positive impression, the first two rounds of negotiations failed to culminate in a contract due to external factors such as payment issues and unexpected project delays. To address these concerns, we crafted a highly sincere proposal: while maintaining the fair terms of “30% advance payment + 70% balance before shipment,” we committed to providing “fully transparent production processes” and “final video inspection.” This allowed the client to verify the goods’ status as if on-site before making payment. Ultimately, this eliminated their final reservations and secured the large-scale order.
