Client Background
The client contacted us proactively through our official website. They are a well-known Iranian building materials import/export company with strong financial backing and business primarily covering the Middle East.
Communication Process
Upon receiving the inquiry, our sales manager quickly provided a competitive quote and held a video conference with the client.
After several in-depth discussions, we understood that the client, primarily seeking to better serve their market, had the following requirements for products and suppliers:
- High-Performance Materials: Specific DX51D+AZ80 substrate was specified, with an aluminum-zinc coating weight of 80g/m², significantly exceeding standard requirements to withstand high temperatures and strong UV radiation.
- High-durability coating: Requires the use of HDP high-durability polyester paint, providing a thick coating protection of 30μm (front) / 8μm (back).
- High structural strength: A yield strength (Y.S.) ≥275 MPa is explicitly required to ensure sufficient structural rigidity during processing and final use.
- Efficient delivery capability: A large order of 1200 tons needs to be completed within the contract signing date.
After multiple negotiations and video factory visits, the client also listed their other requirements, including product quality requirements. We were able to meet most of their requirements, and finally signed a contract with the client.
