Color Coated Steel Production Line
This video page shows the production process for PPGI steel coils: Uncoiler → Cleaning → Coil Coating → Rollers → Packaging. We operate two color-coated steel coil production lines capable of producing PPGI steel coils in a variety of colors and patterns. Our products are of high quality and have all passed SGS testing.
RAL 3020 PPGI Steel Coil Production
RAL 3020 PPGI (Traffic Red) steel coils are the most common color among color-coated steel coil options. They are often fabricated into corrugated steel sheets for roofing or wall cladding and can also be used to make metal sandwich panels. They are also commonly used in the manufacture of warning signs, equipment enclosures, and brand facades.
