Product Structure
- Top Layer: PVC wood-grain film, available in various types such as standard decorative film, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant film, self-cleaning film, and oil-resistant film.
- Adhesive Layer: Utilizes high-temperature-resistant polymer hot-melt adhesive or polyurethane adhesive to ensure the PVC film does not peel off or bubble during subsequent stamping and bending processes.
- Chemical Treatment Layer: A passivation or chemical conversion coating applied to the substrate surface to enhance corrosion resistance and improve adhesive bonding.
- Metal Substrate: Provides structural strength for the composite metal coil.
- Backing Protective Layer: Typically coated with a protective film to prevent rusting on the back in humid environments or scratches during processing.
