    G550 GI Coil Advantages

    • High Strength, Light Weight: Core advantage with high yield strength. 0.6mm G550 galvanized steel offers bending strength comparable to 1.2mm standard galvanized steel, reducing structural self-weight.
    • Superior Corrosion Resistance: The G550+ galvanized coating offers excellent corrosion resistance. For coastal high-salt-fog or industrial corrosion environments, aluminum-zinc coatings and ZAM coatings can be used.
    • Excellent Formability: Suitable for cold bending, stamping, welding, and other processing operations. Can be rolled into complex profiles such as corrugated sheets and purlins.
    • Versatile functional adaptability: Surfaces can undergo fingerprint-resistant, passivation, or pre-painting treatments, combining decorative appeal with practicality for home appliance applications.

    G550 Galvanized Steel Applications

    1. Large-Span Building Enclosure Systems: Used as standing seam roof panels and wall systems for industrial plants and logistics warehouses.
    2. Load-Bearing Structural Members: Processed into C section steel and Z section steel for structural support such as purlins and wall beams in buildings.
    3. Composite Floor Decking: G550 galvanized steel sheets are commonly processed into ribbed floor decking panels.
    4. Automotive & Transportation: Used in manufacturing truck crossbeams, cargo body frames, as well as chassis reinforcement components and crash structures for automobiles.
