Surface Treatment Options
- Passivation (Chromate-free): Enhances the corrosion resistance of the plated surface and extends the rust-prevention period during storage and transportation.
- Oiling: Provides short-term rust protection, suitable for deep drawing processes.
- Anti-Fingerprint (AFP) Treatment: Applies an organic or inorganic coating to the surface of the plating, offering fingerprint resistance, antistatic properties, and corrosion resistance. Widely used in the home appliance and electronics industries.
- Phosphating: Improves the adhesion of surface coatings, providing an ideal substrate for subsequent color coating.
