- Lightweight and Easy to Process: With a thickness of 0.3mm, the material is lightweight (approximately 2.37 kg/m²), making it easy to bend, punch, cut, and roll-form. It is compatible with automated production lines, offering low energy consumption and high processing efficiency.
- High Corrosion Resistance: Dual protection provided by a galvanized/galvanized-aluminum substrate combined with an organic coating. GI substrates withstand salt spray testing for ≥500 hours, while GL substrates withstand ≥800 hours, ensuring a long outdoor service life (particularly with HDP and PVDF paint coatings).
- Highly decorative: Available in a wide range of colors (full RAL color spectrum) and gloss levels; surfaces can be finished with special treatments such as matte, wood grain, or stone texture. What to Consider When Purchasing
- Limited Strength: The tensile strength of 0.3mm substrates ranges from 300 to 450 MPa. They are not suitable for load-bearing, high-pressure, or heavy-load applications with large spans, and are only suitable for lightweight cladding, decorative, and non-load-bearing structures.
- Low Impact Resistance: The impact resistance of thin substrates with coatings is lower than that of thicker specifications. They are prone to dents and paint chipping from impacts with hard objects, so rough handling during transportation and installation must be avoided.
