Customer Background

The customer, based in Belarus, procured these stainless steel strip products for stainless steel pipe production. As a manufacturer of precision stainless steel welded pipes in Belarus, the customer primarily serves the food processing equipment, chemical pipeline systems, and architectural decoration sectors.

The procured 304 and 201 stainless steel strip coil constitute core raw materials stockpiled for the client’s 2026 production plan. The client urgently required a batch of high-precision, weight-controlled stainless steel coil rolls deliverable before year-end. Through product searches, the client precisely matched our company’s offerings to their requirements.

Communication Process

After receiving the customer’s inquiry, we discovered they had high requirements for dimensional accuracy and specific packaging needs, with a roll weight limit of no more than 3 tons. Their overall requirements were quite clear.

After reviewing their requirements, we assured the client we could meet their specifications. Initially, they expressed some hesitation. However, after showing them our production line and past successful projects, and committing to provide video and photo documentation throughout the manufacturing process, the client agreed to formalize all requirements in the contract. We pledged strict adherence to the contract terms. Following this assurance, the client’s concerns were alleviated, and they proceeded to sign the contract with us.
