Introduction to the order process
Because the customer conducted a background check on the company before the inquiry, it has a certain trust in our company.
In the process of communicating with the customer, it is learned that the customer attaches importance to product quality, which is the same as Wanzhi’s production concept (quality first).
After mastering the detailed information and quantity of the products required by the customer, we quote the customer. The customer has a high acceptance of the price and emphasizes that as long as the product quality meets the requirements, the price is acceptable.
During the production process, we communicate with the customer in a timely manner about the production process. After the production is completed, the customer requires a third-party inspection. After the customer’s client arrives at the factory, we actively cooperate with the inspection. After completing all inspections (color, thickness, width, coating, hardness, etc.), the customer’s client indicates that the product meets all requirements.
After the third-party inspection is completed, the customer’s PPGI steel coil is ready for shipment. The customer has its own freight forwarding company, and the customer’s goods are shipped from Qingdao Port.
