PPGI/PPGL Specifications
Overview
PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized)/PPGL (Pre-painted Galvalume) belongs to color-coated steel. Wanzhi Steel has three color coating production lines, using the typical two-coating and two-baking color coating production process. The ppgi/ppgl produced are of relatively complete sizes and colors, and also support customization. PPGI/PPGL specifications
PPGI/PPGL can be provided with a thickness of 0.13-2.0mm and a width of 600-1250mm or according to your requirements.

PPGI/PPGL mechanical properties
- The mechanical properties of PPGI/PPGL are stamping, deep stamping, ordinary strength and 250MPa, 280MPa, 300MPa, 350MPa, 450MPa, 550MPa strength grades according to different uses.
- Mechanical properties are mainly selected based on factors such as use, processing method and degree of deformation. For example, ordinary strength is usually used for wall panels of buildings. For parts with a relatively large degree of deformation, materials with good stamping and deep stamping formability should be selected. For components with load-bearing requirements, appropriate structural steels such as 250MPa, 280MPa, 300MPa, 350MPa, 450MPa, and 550MPa should be selected according to design requirements.

The back paint film thickness is generally 5~12um, and the coating structure is divided into: 2/1, 2/1M, 2/2 three types, the back two coating topcoat is generally Italian polyester (PE) coating. In coastal areas, heavy industrial areas, chemical industrial areas and other severely corrosive environments, or in places where the temperature difference between day and night is large and condensation may occur, a 2/2 coating structure should be used, and the back coating needs to be thickened.
