Wanzhi Group entered into an export partnership with a South African buyer of construction hardware to supply hot-dip galvanized wire. To meet local demand for infrastructure and fencing projects, the customer purchased a total of 52 metric tons of hot-dip galvanized wire in various specifications, packed into two 20-foot containers.
The 52 metric tons of fil d'acier galvanisé comprised four wire diameter specifications, with delivery terms of CIF Durban and a lead time of 10–20 days. Given the long shipping distance and high humidity typical of the South African route, a customized, precision packaging solution was developed to ensure product quality upon arrival.
