In 2025, we successfully established a partnership with a client from Singapore. At the time, the client planned to purchase a batch of pre-painted galvanized steel coils (PPGI Coils). Unlike their usual purchases, this order had specific requirements regarding product color—it needed to be custom-produced entirely according to their standards.
We began by comprehensively showcasing our extensive experience and successful track record in custom color production. Through a series of high-quality sample demonstrations, comparisons against our color chart database, and a detailed introduction to our production lines, testing equipment, and R&D capabilities, the client was deeply impressed by our professional expertise and service standards.
After multiple rounds of communication, the client ultimately decided to entrust us with this trial order and proactively sent color standard samples from Singapore. Upon receiving the samples, we immediately organized our technical team to conduct color analysis and formulation adjustments, strictly adhering to the color swatches and coating standards provided by the client to ensure that the coating’s gloss, thickness, and color consistency fully met their requirements.
After production was completed and the products were shipped to the client’s country, the client confirmed that the color accuracy, surface smoothness, as well as the coating’s adhesion and corrosion resistance all met their expected standards. The client was highly satisfied and expressed their intention to continue collaborating with us.
Today, the client placed a new order, increasing the quantity to 100 tons.
