Green chalkboard steel coils are pre-painted steel sheets specifically designed for educational green chalkboards. They feature a galvanized steel substrate coated with a functional green coating. Chalkboard manufacturers can purchase these steel coils or sheets from us (we can also cut the sheets to your desired length).

Unlike ordinary green color-coated steel coils used in construction, the selection criteria for لفائف الصلب PPGI intended for blackboards focus not only on color but also on the surface condition of the coating, writability, chalk erasure performance, processability, and batch-to-batch quality consistency.
Our green chalkboard steel coils feature a low-gloss coating, ensuring clear, glare-free chalk writing under classroom lighting. With a galvanized steel substrate, the finished sheets are magnetic and rigid.

- Clean chalk erase: Chalk glides smoothly across the surface; when erased dry, it leaves no residue or noticeable powder marks, resulting in a uniform surface without streaks.
- Wear & scratch resistance: Pencil hardness ≥3–4H + wear and scratch resistance testing; withstands daily scratches and frequent erasing and rewriting.
